also remember saudi cultural attache ankara will send your degree for verification to your university, your university will have to send them a letter of confirmation my post. this will take a month or so.
please contact your university for this and try to get things faster, pay to the university and arrange for them to send the verification through courier (fedex/dhl) to ankara turkey.
Attestation of Russian Degree From Saudi Arabia:-
MID Legalization is must
As per the new rule 1st you need to get Culture Attestation (For CIS) from Ankara, Turkey and then from Attestation Saudi Arabia Embassy, Moscow.
You will have to get Culture Attestation (For CIS) from Ankara, Turkey 00903124914914 (Talk to them it may be arranged thru courier and stamp is free of cost, Concern Person:- Burcu)

The documents required:-
1. Diploma (original)
2. Labour Contract (copy)
3. Request letter from the company to authenticate educational certificates (should be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of KSA)
4. Confirmation letter from the university (sent by you To The SA Cultural Attaché in Ankara) stating that you had graduated from the university.
And Then Attestation from Saudi Arabia Embassy, Moscow 0074992452310 ( You can Send your Degree to your Juniors or Known and can get the stamp cost(9$). It will take 1 day. if you can go to moscow its better, book in any five / four star hotel and ask them to send you visa invitation its easy.
if you are sending to your juniors then they need power of attorney from saudi arabia.

Listing the documents required for attestation
original medical degree certificate and mark list with seal from MID and MINI-UST
Apostle seal on medical degree
Recent letter from the university where medical degree obtained
Original job offer letter or contract with hologram seal from Saudi chamber of commerce or Saudi health ministry
Residency ,minimum two year work experience certificate where all documents attested by relevant countries ministry of external affairs. MEA delhi for Indians
Self attested copy of passport
Notary authorization letter if sending someone behalf you
Nine USD fee
MCI registration asked in few cases
Never dream to get it done in a day
Though submitting all above documents it took minimum two to one weak time
