I would like to ask your good office for the procedure on how to get a police clearance from Saudi Arabia. Are they issuing a police clearance if the person requesting is not residing in Riyadh? I need it for my visa application to Canada.

I want to know how I can get "No Objections Certificate" or "Certificate of Employment"? the secretary of my employer did not give me since he said I did not finish my 2yr contract with them.
