I would like to know why only one travel agency in zambia gets visas for hajj. Pilgrims do not have a choice and also because of them being the only one they make it very expensive. Other countries have variety of packages. Please comment

Does anyone ever pick up the phone at the embassy? Been trying for the past 2days!!
