Can Mail Visa Application?
Can I mail (regular or overnight) my visa application?
I live in SF, need to process my visa in LA, the website indicates you can drop off in person but does not say if you can mail it in (and the consulate is unreachable by phone).
Thanks

Umrah Visas
Assalaam alaikom,

I booked flights and hotels for my wife and I for umrah. We would arrive on 10/22/2016 and depart 10/29/2016. I was trying to obtain umrah visas for my wife and I today from travel agencies but they told me I can't get visas until the end of November. I booked all this a couple months ago. Is there any way to get the visas so I don't have to cancel my flights and hotels? I can't switch the dates because my reservations are non refundable.

I am looking for brother who was born in Indonesia but grew up in Saudi Arabia. His name is Adil Ibrahim Al Shalaah or Kausar Ibrahim, I'm not sure how they are related what I've assumed them by their last name. Please contact me to every Consulate of Saudi Arabia.
In the mean time I can find out where my residential passport Saudi Arabia is after Sohail brought in to US?

Advice or Help Needed
I need advice or help please. I married a Palestinian man with a Jordanian passport in Jordan. He is now living and working in Riyadh, KSA. We have been separated for a long time now after he left my daughter and I homeless and with no money. I am now working and getting back on our feet, but I have been begging for a divorce from him and cannot get him to do it. I am at my wits end and need some kind of advice how to get divorced from this man.
