Visa
I think we should all remember at the end of the day we only go to haramain by special invitation. Instead of reducing our fasts by anger (which doesn't seem to work as the Saudi Embassy does not seem to be reading any of these messages) we should turn to our Lord and seek his forgiveness.
I like you all have paid beyond my means to go on this trip so I understand the anger. At the end of the day if agents/officials are doing wrong to us they will have to Face Allah.

Everyone who is sitting on others money will stay silent as it suits them, whether if is the authorities or agents. The whole supply chain for haj and umra is rotten to the bone. Ordinary people have to book through agents who have no concern or fear of Allah. All that they want is to make easy money. Not a single agent will come out as they are not losing out here.

A statement needed
What we really need is a statement from the embassy. They should be replying to all these comments. It is just so disappointing. Its not the saudis that lose out on any finance. Its the people that have paid for packages in advance.

MOFA
It is clearly evident that the whole issue of MOFA is beyond our hands but in the hands of the Foreign Ministry of Saudi. The travel agents need to unite and push for the MOFA and put pressure on the Ministry to give permission otherwise we are left stranded and the Saudi embassy are quite happy to sit back and let things be the way they are. Someone needs to enforce this action otherwise nothing will happen.

No Visa
Salams all, Family of four travelling here. Paid £2400 for flights back in March and £4800 for 20 day package. We are due to fly out on 18th July from Heathrow with Royal Jordan. My children who are 8 and 12 will be absolutley gutted if we do not end up going. We have been saving for long time for this trip......I pray to Allah that he makes it easy for us.
