In connection with the economic condition of my family being bankrupt (mines) left a fairly large debt of approximately 500 million rupiah, if allowed I ask for funds to pay off the debt, family survival and education costs of my two children named Hessa Pramudhya Wardani Class VI and his brother named Muhammad Hendra Prasetya Class IV both schools in Al Azhar Islamic Elementary School 31 Yogyakarta.
Before my economic life was destroyed, my online herbal shop business, over the course of time due to unhealthy price competition both online and inline on the same product finally my business was destroyed, family economy was a mess. Every day my mind is not calm because a lot of debt bills repeatedly, my children suffered from depression is quite heavy, even though both of my children are quite achievers in the field of academic and non academic. The arrears of SPP and re-registration in four semesters are the same as tafis ekskul approximately 70 million making my child feel inferior in school.

I want to get noc from saudi traffic department to chane my saudi licence to kuwait driving licence but at present iam staying in kuwait and cannot goback to saudi to bring this noc can your embassy help me in this matter.
