I would like to ask for the solution for my friend who having the transit visa problem in Jeddah Airport now.
They not realized that they need to obtain a transit visa if the transit time more than 18 hours.
They are now in the Italy Airport.

Dear Embassy of Saudi Arabia,
I'm planning to go for umrah on April 2014 with my family. My father is 65years old & my son is 4years old. The problem is, my umrah agent said that my father & my son can't proceed with the visa & can't go for umrah due to instruction from Arab saudi. Is it the instruction for limitation of age end? Kindly, please advise. I hope & wish that you can clarify & explain to me. Is there any way that I can bring all my family for umrah? Thank you in advance. Looking forwrad for your reply.
