I desire to visit for Umrah in Ramadhan 2011. The travel agencies locates in Kabul ask for huge amount to facilitate VISA and give estimat of USD 1800 with return air ticket (which 600 USD). Is there any system individual can apply directly and get free VISA.

Secondly as the holy month of Ramadan is coming, therefore I would like to request you if you have Dates availabe within your good Embassy, then this would be your kindness to donate some Dates and we will be resposible to distribute the donated dates from your side for a total of Five hundred (500) disabled persons and Widows for IFTAR during the holy month of Ramadan.

The project application is seeking funding for the Radio and TV programs for persons with disabilities as well as a bimonthly disability publication called Gadoon in order to reduce the negative attitude of the community against persons with disabilities and training on UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with disabilities (UNCRPD) Afghanistan National Disability Action Plan (ANDAP) and Afghanistan National Disability Law.
