On advice of Consulate employee at Karachi, I went to that agent for getting attestation from consulate, he put condition to give him contract of Ministry of foreign affairs and HEC and to pay unreasonable charges, why is it so ?.

I want my certificates etc.from Saudi consulate,its lower staff sends everybody to a selected tout who is demanding heavy amount, plz. take a serious view.
Sir, your approved agents in Karachi are demanding one thousand rupees per document, how I can afford it.kindly relax your policy, allow us to get it from anybody else.
I am working in KSA .
When came back after vacations from Pakistan I was informed that I need to get my degree attested by the Saudi Embassy in Pakistan.
My degree is already attested by Foreign Embassy of Pakistan and Higher Education commission in Pakistan.
It is now a problem for me since I am in KSA.
So for an alternative solution I need to know the following points.
Can the Pakistan Embassy in Riyadh help in any way?
If I send the original degree by courier is it safe?
Which courier service should I use?
What is the the complete address of the department that handles such issues?
Are there charges for the attestation?
If yes how can I pay?( other then credit card)
Is a translation required?
If yes than of which company?
Do I need to send a letter from my school mentioning the purpose for which the attestation is required?
Any other requirement of the Saudi Embassy?
