My brother sent visit visa for our mother to visit KSA. She submitted her passport to an agent and the agent returned the passport after 2 weeks stating that she must visit KSA embassy to stamp the visa.
Please let me know if she needs to go herself to KSA embassy in Islam Abad for getting the Visit visa stamped.
