Agents have spread this news all over that saudi embassy has increased visa stamp fee to 2500 SR for Ramdhan and 1500 for shahban. This is totally a fake news and rumor spread by travel agents. The fact is that saudi embassy has no visa fee charges and this can be verified from embassy’s web site. Another fact is that greedy pakistani travel agents have booked already flights for Ramadhan operation and they aimed to sell tickets at higher rates which failed and now they are suffering from loss and want to recover this loss by spreading false rumors. Another way to confirm it is that ask Travel Agent to give you written that he is taking this much amount as Visa Stamp fee taken by Saudi Embassy pakistan and send this document with Travel agent’s registration number to pkemb@mofa.gov.sa ( He will never give you this document as he knows the consequences). May Allah guide us to the right path and give hidayah to these people who are looting in the name of Islam
