My family of four people would like to travel to saudi Arabia to perform Umrah from the 24th December to 18th January. What is the earliest date you can issue the Umrah visas so they can go on their sacred journey?

Today I beg all faithful to make a prayer for my brother Hayat Ali, and those who can send a message to the President of Venezuela, Hugo Rafael Chaves Frias asking him to cancel a debt that the municipality of Caracas owes Hayat. Dr. JORGE RODRIGUEZ, actual mayor of CARACAS decided not to pay because of his political rivalry with the former MAYOR, FREDDY BERNAL for whom Hayat did six (6) construction contracts, all in slum areas, where Chavez has his strong hold.
Administrators of the highest status, in the Engineering department of the municipality, told Hayat that if Dr Jorge Rodriguez does not order to pay the debt, no one can suggest the payment. Hayat is an aged person and needs the money, they owe him. His home is at high risk to be damaged by rain; he has two young children, and the debt is since 2008, corresponding to contracts: EO-037-2008, EO-038-2008, EO-039-2008, EO-040-2008, EO-041-2008, EO-159-2008. Hayat is socialist by conviction, but by being a muslim he is not a communist. Let us help Hayat, by trying to get this message to President Hugo Chavez, We believe that Chavez will definitely order to pay if he knew.

I am a national of trinidad and tobago and I'm going thru the process of obtaining a Saudi business visa. I saw on a website that I need to have my certificates translated into arbic. Is this necessary since I have a letter from the ministry of foreign affairs stating they are all valid etc
