I am living in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and need to attest my student letter obtained from Girne American University (Northern Cyprus). i have already attested from Saudi Cultural Ministry, Ankara but was unable to do so from Saudi Embassy due to limited time. Please let me know if i can send my degree for the attestation through any courier services i-e DHL, TNT instead of travelling.

Dear Sir
Am an American Citizen living in Turkey with a Turkish Resident Permit. My wife is turkish and they drew her name for Haji this year,and we were to go together. We went on Umre in feb.this year and Burat travel had no problem getting my visa. Now they tell me i cannot get visa in turkey, must fly to the usa to get visa, very expensive to do this. I think the person at the travel agency did not even talk to your embassy.
Can you please advise.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a dual citizen of both Turkey and Canada. My training business in Canada has engaged with a Saudi Arabian company in Riyadh that requires myself to go there for two weeks.
I am currently in Turkey, the company is ready to send invitation based on my Canadian passport or Turkish.passport.
Which one should they be using considering that I have to apply for visa from Istanbul, Turkey.
