Visa request
I have medical reports from Jeddah and lately from Sanaa indicating the need to continue medical treatment in Jeddah with my wife in private clinics/hospitals.. I have the financial credibility.
I need to get the Consul's E-mail in order to send more personal information and reports if required.
Thanking you,

Issues with Diplomat and their Effects
I know someone who tried to apply for a family visit visa to bring his wife from Yemen to Riyadh for a visit. He was able to get the electronic application, but when he went to Sana'a to get the stamp, that was of course when the Saudi diplomat Al-Khalidi was kidnapped so both embassies closed. He tried another time earlier in April or May as well. This time there are people camped outside the embassy in Sana'a because they want at least the embassy to process Umrah visas; as many as 1000 applicants have had their applicants stalled if not denied. I forgot who, but a letter was written by some important person about 1.5 weeks ago to the embassy [i think] requesting that at least umrah visas be processed. Apparently there hasn't been a reply to that letter as the embassy is still closed. And when I called the embassy operator they also said the embassy is not doing anything, not even Umrah visas. Like I said, this person is trying to get the stamp for the family visit visa and the application is expiring in 1.5 weeks or so. He said he wants to see what will happen with Umrah visas, but the possibility about the Umrah visas was said by the local people, not the embassy staff. In fact, in the negotiations to release al-Khalidi, there was a false rumor that he was released when he wasn't. He plans to stay there for some time, perhaps until the wife's visa expires, to at least convince himself that he did everything he could. I invite your comments: do you think this person has a chance within the 1.5 weeks that the visa is still valid?
