My experience
I would love to share my experience with the Samoan High Commission. They lack in providing information procedures and processors. Any enquiry made you are lucky if you get a response "call back after 1pm and I will have an answer as we need to check it with our office in Samoa" You put forward your concern with the hope it will be addressed unfortunately you are told "suck it up" Its professional in every ways.

Passort & Birth certificate
hi,
I currently lost my passport and have no form of I.D, I can not retrieve a new passport or any form of I.D unless I have a birth certificate which was misplaced many years ago.
I was born in Samoa but have been a citizen of New Zealand since 1987 so I hold a New Zealand Passport. Please I wish to know how I would go about getting my birth certificate so I may apply for my passport and the rest of my needed I.D?
