I would like to know to have someone deported who has no papers who is already deported but is silk here in the us

It's sad how st, Lucian treat,their own. I've mad many attempt to contact the embassy via telephone an email but to no avail,,if the office is close at lease put a notice somewhere visible,,it high time we show more transparency,,

I made a demand for a titre de sejour here in Martinique I have the rendezvous 1st of june, I wanted to know if this gives me the right to stay here without visa, lodging certificate, hotel reservation or insurance, a lady a that works at the perfecture told me from time I have the rendezvous date I can or have to stay until this date, I also have a french daughter thats why am looking for the sejour to stay here in Martinique to take care of her.
