He is not dead nor is there a cover up nor did he just beat someone up and leave him to die. He actually had the charges reduced. It was a drunken fight over a park bench that both parties considered to be their "home". He did in fact obviously beat him up but the man blead out because his blood alcohol level was too high. Doesnt make it right but it wasnt his fault alone. He is in fact alive and can be seen around the island. K' thanks bye!

To Joanne and Aron: Davisson was in jail because he murdered our son. Davisson had many priors in the St. Croix courts for assault, as he did in Florida. He was an ill-tempered bully who had beaten our son up several times before the last time when he finally killed our son and left him to die alone. So if Davisson mixed it up in that jail and the other inmates did him in, he got his just rewards and it is my sincere hope Davvison is paying his debts in the fires of Hell.

Timothy Ohara Davisson,,, died in your prison.. and is being covered up...I have sent over 20 email's and they all were ignored. Mr Hannibal was his lawyer we were speaking & than he removed his page... what does that tell you. the reason of hard times for your idea of beautiful islands is a farce. i am sending so many stories around the world . to let people know they can die there. and family members will never see them again. due to the cover ups over there on suspicious death's due to fear your islands would be found in perhaps the wrong. Mr Davisson shows deceased in your court records & everyone there seems to be involved covering up where his remains are.. due to not contacting family in florida. you kept them. this has been sent to the white house.. waiting on permission to persue a law suit. human rights violation.. i have a god given right to know ..we the family have rights...
If a one parent is traveling from US to St Thomas with minor children do they need a notarized letter form the other parent another?

Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to speak with the consulate after several failed attempts to establish contact with an urgent matter regarding the quality of care my brother is receiving at Schneider Regional Medical Center. My brothers' health rapidly declined since being a patient. Power of Attorney rights have been ignored leaving the patient unsure about services being rendered and emotional distress of the family members of this patient including those who are power of Attorney. Urgent attention is needed to rectify this situation and ensure patient rights are being upheld.
