Knowledge about a car selling company
I wish to purchase a used car direct from Japan. Can the embassy assist me to determine whether the company shown below is a genuine and reliable company :
Japan Partner Inc.
Ganjima 51, Nishihukuta;
Nanyo-cho, Minatoku;
Nagoya, Japan 455-0868;
Phone : (81)567-94-0015; Fax: (81)567-94-0018;
Email : info@japan-partner.com;
Web: www.japan-partner.com

I have already received a profoma invoice from them by email.
They don't accept letters of credit, only bank transfer, moneygram, etc.

Please advise.
