Two candidates must be opposed due to undocumentation within the Ministry of interior in Rwanda:Mr Frank Habineza of the Democratic Party and Philippe Mpayimana who is an independent candidate. for 3,4 August 2017 Presidential elections in Rwanda. They are
To all/Interpol Rwanda/Government of Rwanda

The above candidates apart from President Paul Kagame are being opposed to have been allowed to go through elections in Rwanda as candidates for the President post. Many reasons are to be as follows:

1.Their identity documents are forged as I do consider and they do not have their own language on application.

2.The origin of Mr Frank Habineza is known as from Uganda and he is umukiga of origin. His home language is a Gikiga in the South of Uganda.he is a pure Ugandan who forged his identity document upon arrival in Rwanda. Not a genuine citizen of Rwanda.

3.Mr Philippe Mpayimana is unknown and he is a hutu of origin who I suspect to have participated in the 1994 genocide against Tutsi in Rwanda,in 1994.Not a genuine citizen of Rwanda.

4.Both Frank Habineza and Philippe Mpayimana must be on a warrant/an international warrant of arrest.
