I attended a certain conference in Windhoek on Studying in Russia. Does the Embassy offer scholarships in priority fields such as General Medicine to Namibians?
Does the Embassy offer scholarships to students hoping to pursue a degree in Russia?
Try and identify help needed by Namibian in military aspect with a different approach from pre independent. We know you have the knowledge and means
i think russia need to do more in our mining sector .just to expell those other foreign who were against with our independence during apartheid era but today they the one who enjoy our natural resource which they don't deserve i believe country such russia ,china, cuba are the most state's need to have more share in our wealth.
