北方領土はすべて、日本固有の領土である！！！
そのことは、法的にも歴史的にも疑う余地のない客観的事実なのだ！！！
メドべージェフであれプーチンであれ、日本当局の許可を得ることなく、
北方領土内のいずれかの地域を訪問することは、明白な違法行為であり、
断じて許されない！！！
ロシアが、北方領土で軍備増強することや、
日本の許可なく中国や韓国と北方領土の開発事業を行うことは、言語道断！
悪質きわまりない主権侵害にして、国際犯罪である！！！
また、ロシアが不正に占拠している北方領土（４島全て）は、即時、
且つ、無条件で日本に返還しなければならない！！！！！
