the consular was not a racist but i also heard alot of americans been refused a visa because of the bad diplomatic relations or the espionage war

My Name Daniel T Malachi, i am Afro American, American citizen,a student in one state university Kharkov,some time on July 2011,i visited Russian consulate in Kharkov just to obtain a visa to Russia,the diplomat just looked at me and gave back my passport to me with no reason and with no question or interview, i was mad,in my passport i have more than 7 Russian visa, i have been to Russia more than 20 times with out crime,so i believe that the diplomat is a pure racist, i don't know how Russia will host the world cup,that diplomat need to change,as i don't want to have anything to with Russians, i don't even want to visit there any more.
