On Friday 18th January 2013 a reckless driving gentleman knocked and injured two people who were riding on a motorbike at Kabila Country Club in Bukoto at around 1:00PM. He was white. He abused and insulted (in a racist manner) the victims before speeding off. The file is now open at Kira Road Police Post and we are seeking an International fora. Just be informed.
