Hello,
Has anybody obtained a russian tourist visa and invitiation from the Russian Consulate in Vietnam if you are not a Vietnamese citizen? I'm travelling in South East Asia in May/June 2013 and plan to travel to Russia probably from Vietnam after that.
I don't want to book my flights/accommodation in Russia until I am in South East Asia to keep this part of my travelling largely flexible. Therfore I hope to obtain a Russian visa in Vietnam by person after I have booked my flights etc.
Any advice/help would be welcome.
