To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Camelia Cirnaru and I am a dual citizen Romanian/EU and USA.
Presently I am residing in San Jose, Costa Rica.
I need to obtain a power of attorney in my brother’s name, to give him the legal rights to manage my property affairs in Romania.
Please kindly advise me how do I proceed?
What are the steps I must take?
