A Romanian citizen recently married a Jamaican in Jamaica.
The Romanian authorities are requesting that the Marriage Licence be legalized.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kingston, Jamaica will legalize the document but I am told that I will need to present the document at a local Romanian embassy to complete the process.
Please advise if I may send the document to you in Havana.
