Hello.I am a romanian citizen.My husband is american.We got married in Romania but so far lived in the U.S.
Now we want to live in Romania and we've been told that we have to go to Debrecen Consulate to get a marriage visa.
Could somebody tell us please more details about where exactly do we have to go and what documents do we need?
