Am facut o procura apostilata in Austin, dar notarii din Ro spun ca nu mai e valabila, ca s-a schimbat legea, trebuie o procura semnata in fata consulului roman.
Ce trebuie sa facem?
Avem nevoie de o programare? Cum se procedeaza exact ?

I am going to be going to Romania in January and I have a few questions I need answered.
I am needing to speak with someone about what I need to do to qualify for a one year volunteer (temporary residency) visa.
If I come for 90 days would I be able to return on another 90 day visa if it is 4-5 months later?
I have called several times, and left a message, but have not received a call back.
What do I need to do to contact someone?
Dear Government of Romania.
I'm deeply shocked about your law that allowes to kill all stray dogs in Romania!!! Please think about, that animals have a sole too - that they feel pain and that they have feelings too! Please find another solution together with 4Pawns. Let us help you but let dogs alive. Imagine what Romanian people are doing with the animals if you promise them 25Euro for each death dog!!! STOP IT PLEASE!!! there are other solutions - better ones. PLEASE.
Please answer your calls. I just need to know a couple of thing like, are you open Tuesday, July 23, 2013? If so what time do you open and close? If not when are you open?
