My daughter had an invitation letter from Romania to prticipate a training program through the International Pharmacy Student Federation - Student Exchange Program. She completed the required papers and went to apply for the visa. She met the consul and he was very rude and reject the application without to say why. He treat the people as a dirt. I will go to the media to let him stop dealing rudely with people
