If u need visa first you must have a invitation letter to apply and attached reservation to Festival if u have intention to participate. If u have need help can ask biroujuridic@yahoo.com. and so you can consult official site www.mae.ro.

I am a Romanian citizen and will travel to Bishkek,Kyrgysztan for a period longer than 30days for business purposes.
I have sent an email to consromkyrgyz@mail.ru, but apparently the mail-server is down or the recipient no longer exists as the email was not delivered.
Kindly ask if possible to provide me with contact details or any information that might help me with the following:
1. what papers do I need in order to obtain a visa for Kyrgysztan?
2. Where do i have to ship/send these documents to (if i live in Bucharest)
3. How much time does it take to obtain the visa?
4. How long will the visa allow me to stay in Kyrgystan (the job I''ll do, implies staying there 1 year).
5. Where can I extend my Visa if I will move to Kyrgystan?
6. Overall, how much will the taxes be, approximately?
