Disrespectful and inhuman
The service people provide there is nasty and disrespectful. My brother, who has CANCER , went to the consulate in Barcelona to ask for a simple certificate. Because he has to return to the hospital in order to do his chemotherapy asked if he can get the paper that day...However, cruel people in the Romanian Consulate in Barcelona said to him ...”issue” WE DO NOT CARE AT ALL YOUR HEALTH ISSUES.” I cannot believe how a human being can say something like this to man who only wanted to have a certificate in order to get his Spaniard Citizenship and under chemotherapy treatment.My brother’s name is Norberto Lucas Ramirez and I am willing to post this situation to all of your social media in order to show the world how inhuman, brutal and monstrous you are.
Maybe by this channel you can tell your colleagues how to work properly and professionally.
