I have recived an invitiation letter regards bussiness oppertunity in Bukhrest ,, I would like to know what the requrment to get visa or in matter of fact how to obtian it and how long it will take ,,

Good evening,
We are six engineers working in Ministry of Science and Technology in Baghdad receiving the invitation letter official today evening; we complete the entire visa requirement but we waiting the invitation and for this reason we cannot finish it today.
In fact I have two questions:
1. I send you the invitation letter and I would know if it is acceptable.
2. In case it is acceptable ,can we visit the embassy tomorrow in order to receive our paper because we have no enough time ,our reservation on aircraft is in Friday morning (2/12/2011).
As we know tomorrow is holiday in Embassy, if you please consider our condition is up normal case or emergency case.
