ما هي الوثائق المطلوبة للحصول على الفيزا الرومانية لغرض الدراسة ؟ علما اني حاصل على بعثة لدراسة الدكتوراه في رومانيا وان وزارة التعليم العالي تتكفل بجميع نفقات الدراسة .
