1- Innovation and execution of transplanting and forestry project without irrigation

I have to inform that I had a mail on 27, Oct. ,2013, from Dr. Mohammad Fathy Saoud who introduce themselves president of Qatar foundation. He mentioned in that mail that I am one of 6 lucky beneficiaries selected to receive this donation award sum of one million dollars?! And they sent some mail and finally mail to me as same as your parcel with PIN number … has been sent to the European claims office in Madrid and introduce some person: Dr. Richard Jose Rodriguez, Tel: 0034645908169, Email: mapfreseguroseu001@[SCAM/ARNAQUE], and this gentleman called me and ask about 850 Euro for mail and insurance and then send cheque form. I thought this is a method for stolen from somebody. I understand this is not correct way and I stopped our connection. I want to inform you please control about this important matter if you want because they start by Qatar foundation name. However if it is necessary I can forward all of mail between me and them.
