Salut jusqu'a maint j'ai pas visa ni billet d'avion j'ai que un contrat par email qui est signée par mr Akbar albaker merci de me répond mr le directeur général de la Qatar airways par email ou bien par tel 00212 6 77 87 56 42 car benjalloun ma dit je vais recevoir mes papiers par poste jusqu'a maint y'a rien+l'autre fois ma fait déplace jusqu'a tange sans le voir??? J'ai jamais rencontre mr benjalloun

Please help me to leave Qatar
Dear Sir

I am a Singaporean working here since 22/6/09. I had sent my resignation to
my company, SIN Engineering Qatar W.L.L on the 19/09/09. According to the
contract, I need to give the company a 3 months notice. Therefore, my last
day of service with the company is on 18/12/09.

I had sent my repatriation application form to the company on the 16/11/09
and had approved by the GM on the same day. I had booked my air flight after
obtaining this approval.

However, the company boss now refuses to release me. He threatening me of
not going to issue the exit permit and also detaining my passport. I had
requested many times to him to return the passport but failed.

He had stop my work on the 7/12/09. He also verbally warmed me that he is
going to fine me by cutting my salary and deduct room rental from my salary.
He also mentioned that he will plug off all ways of letting me go back to
Singapore.

Sir, I did nothing wrong and had done my part according to the contract.
Please help me to get back my passport and let me leave Qatar on 18/12/09 or
earlier.
