PLEASE PERSONALLY SUBMIT ALL THE REQUIREMENTS AT THE EMBASSY OF THE STATE OF QATAR

*Authorized representatives should submit authorization letter and copies of ID of the visa holder and your ID.
Schedule:
*Filing: Monday to Friday between 9am-10am only.
*Releasing: On the fourth (4th) working day from the date of filing between 2pm-4pm.
Requirements for Issuance of Visa Stickers:
Work Visa:
1. Visa notice
2. Original Passport
3. Medical Certificate issued by the Embassy’s accredited clinics only.
4. NBI Clearance (for travel abroad) authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines.
5. 2-pcs. 2x2 size pictures with white background.
6. PhP2,100 (filing fee for visa) + PhP350.00 (for NBI Authentication by the Embassy)
*Please pay in exact amount only.
Personal/ Business/ Visit/ Tourist/ Family Personal Visas:
1. Visa Notice
2. Original Passport
3. Letter of Invitation from the Sponsor or copy of Affidavit of Support.
4. 2-pcs. 2x2 size pictures with white background.
5. PhP2,100.00 (filing fee) – Please pay in exact amount only.
Resident / Family Resident/ Family Visit/ Family Yearly Visas:
1. Visa notice
2. Original Passport
3. Medical Certificate issued by the Embassy’s accredited clinics only. (children ages 11 years old and below are exempted from medical requirement)
4. 2-pcs. 2x2 size pictures with white background.
5. PhP2,100 .00(filing fee for visa) - Please pay in exact amount only

Hi, I just wanna ask if the afidait of support is just the same as the letter from the travel agency in qatar attesting that i will be there for the purpose of visiting? If so, does it need to be stamped by the embassy in Doha? I'll truly appreciate any answers on this. Thanks!!!

hi good morning! ask lang po ako matagal ba talaga makuha ang visa? kasi po 3 months na po akong naghintay..sana po masagot nyo tanong ko..
ask ko lang po kung paano makakakuha ng police clearance certification from qatar po ang asawa k? galing po cia ng qatar nung 2007 to 2008 ,ngaun po nsa canada n cia hinihingian po cia ngaun ng police clearanse pra makuha nia po kmi.sna po matugunan niyo ang msg k,,thanks
