I have valid qatar driving license. To transwer to kuwait driving license, i required NOC from qatar traffic department.I properly exited from qatar on 2011.So kindly suggest me, how i can get NOC from qatar traffic department? or can i get any letter of confirmation from qatar embassy in kuwait?
