Professional Experience

Team Leader: - Presently serving as a Team Leader in Mustang Security Services and deployed in Australian High Commission since 1st April, 2011.

PHYSICAL SECURITY
I have more than 21 years of management experience in Administration, Physical Security, and another 2 years of practical experience employed as a Team Leader. My experience includes conducting Physical Security Facility Surveys and Risk Assessments, recommending Physical Security Counter-measures, and Security Guard Force Management. My experience with technical security programs includes Electronic Security Counter-measures, physical barriers and access control systems (hand geometry) X-ray scanners, CCTV, metal detectors, Mail scanner device and itemizer Machine)

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

When I accepted the position of Team Leader in Australian High Commission, morale of guard force was low, turnover was high and training was non-existent. I designed and implemented Security Supervisors Training Program with a strong emphasis on Human Relations and Customer Services Focus. This training resulted in improved performance and client satisfaction.
I developed and implemented the Security Operations Manual and Post Orders.



RESPONSIBLITIES

I am directly supervising the Physical Security Services, Mobile Response Team, Surveillance/Detection Teams and CCTV watch keepers (Control Room) in Australian High Commission Islamabad (Embassy and Residences).

I review resumes and interview applicants to ensure we hire only the highest quality and best qualified candidates for security duties before the final selection in Australian High Commission. I then train the new employees in the practical application of Security Enforcement and Facility Protection Operations and orient them to their new roles and responsibilities.

Maintain and ensure the security clearance/character verifications in respect of all security personnel in Australian High Commission.

Ensuring round the clock operation of Australian High Commission, Control Room, wireless communication, guard checking teams. I monitor, analyze and report on the security situation throughout my area of responsibilities.

Preparing duty Roster as per instructions/policies of AHC Security Manager and Mustang Security Services.

Oversee the implementation of access control and screening for pedestrians and vehicles.

Ensure that all relevant documentation including security records and register are correct and up to date.

Keep Guard Force personnel briefed and informed regarding special circumstances relevant to their duties such as security situation, special events immigration interviews, programs, security project etc.

Co Ordinate the implementation of additional security measures for special recognition and performance bounces.

Perform and ensure the operational and administrative task.

Maintain close liaison with the law enforcement agencies.

Receive screen and log correspondence report.

Maintain and update the office’s filling and references system including confidential files, performance evaluation reports, and disciplinary actions.

Identify and extract information from various sources and prepare briefing notes and resume for conclusion in correspondence and reports, draft various standard correspondence and review all out going correspondence for composition.


Provide procedural advice to staff on office methods and procedures and use of various Security equipment to improve the quality and efficiency of their work.

Maintain Attendance and leave records of staff in the office.

Perform other related duties as required.

Allotment of Accommodation: - Being an administrative Assistant and trade profession I have performed as an Accommodation in charge on the various Bases and having 21 years of experience in Allotment of accommodation, property, maintenance and stores.
Keep proper record of vacant accommodation and proper waiting List.

Maintenance of all accommodation and Co-ordinate with engineering Service.
Arrange proper furniture for the accommodation as per authorized List.
Co-ordinate with contractors for maintenance of accommodation.
Arrangement of local purchase/procurement.
Disposing of stores and inventories.
Maintaining of all ledgers and data of stores

Store Keeping: - To maintain the inventory items, documentation and handling / maintenance of the inventory items.
Camping and Messing: - Have arranged the Camping for Officers and AirMen in Field area during exercises.
Establish the Messes in Field area.
Have arranged the all administrative tasks.
