I'm fluent in Arabic, English, Russian, and some other lang's. I have also good experience within Arab emb's. I had an interview within Qatar Emb last year, Feb 2009, but they never got back to me. 6 months later, I knew that the employed noone since then. Seems that they don't know what they want and who they seek.
Dear Azerbaijanis, I'd suggest you to avoid such organization with no aim and target.
