Orlando, FL 32835

Hello Brian, unfortunately yes, the only nearest Portuguese Consulant office i know of is located in Washinton D.C for your area, or New Ark, New Jersey. I use to go to the one located in New Ark when i lived in Philly, but of course moved down to Florida now and they ended up closing the one that use to be located down in Miami. So now it seems all us Ports are stuck traveling to New England to get our Passport stuff taken care of ;/ I Hope Portugal does something about this soon, and open up a new office in Florida as well as other states in America that have decent and high Portuguese citizen numbers!
Greetings...
and Ps.
I dont work for the Consulant Office, just answering your question to what i know from my knowledge.
Hello. I recently tried to renew my Portugese Passport & was informed that I had to travel to Washington DC for the renewal.I live in the Mid West & it is not easy for me & I think for most people just to travel to DC for the day to renew a passport. I hope the embassy soon comes up with a better way to help fascilitate renewals of passports for Portugese citizens. Thank you for your time & look forward to a positive outcome.
