Portuguese citizenship/passport
Hello, I am an American but I have been married to a Portuguese citizen for 35 yrs. We visit Portugal frequently and are thinking of retiring to Portugal.
How can I obtain my Portuguese citizenship and passport. Also, we have a son, is he automatically a Portuguese citizen?

Power of Attorney-Portugal
I am currently residing in Miami and its my understanding that the consulate her has been closed. Our family has a home in Sao Miguel, Acores and we are selling it. Since we are all here they have requested for us to provide a document for our agent giving them power of attorney to represent us in this transaction. Please let me know how we can obtain this document. Does it need to be done by a Portuguese Consulate? If so, how can we proceed. Since my mother is a widow, they are requesting all of her children to sign, etc. There are 7 of us and my mother.

Portuguese Assistance in Alaska
I am a Portuguese citizen living in Anchorage, AK. My Dad is in the process of buying me and my sister a condo in Portugal. He needs me to notorize the power of attorney. Do you know anyone in Alaska that can help me with legal papers related to this? I am really frustrated because the next consulate is in San Francisco and I cannot just fly out there. It's very expensive. Any ideas or recommedations are appreciated. Thanks e obrigada! claudiacatarina@hotmail.com
