I really need help reobtaining my documents it is of urgent matter can someone please get back to me and let me know how I can get this done.. on line appointments are all booked up until next year I have no I.d and this is the first step I need to be able to get I.d I am in desperate need of help I have paid a lawyer and now I’m being told I need to go to Ottawa I don’t even drive
very frustrating trying to renew documents and emails and messages not answered. You follow their instructions on booking appointment online and nothing done.
I have been trying for over a month to contact someone at the Portuguese Consulate in Toronto. I have left messages, emailed, messaged on Facebook and now here. It is very discouraging when no one gets back to you. Covid or not, by now they should be opened or at least answering the phone.
1.) Pls advise of summer hours of operation. ie., will there be any CLOSURES in August or July??

Is there a website I can go to that is in English to book a appointment to renew my husband passport he is Portuguese but has been in Canada a long time and can not understand to read Portuguese all that much
I don’t understand how they can always make life complicated for their Portuguese citizens? The website is not user friendly and always complicated. They only take appointments but their website doesn’t say that. If you have issue booking an appointment online it’s not their issue. I feel that they tend to pass the responsibility to others. If they were more organized, kind and on time they would have an overall better customer experience and not have to deal with people complaining or being upset. It’s a simple fix. If the citizens are happy then their day would go a lot better.
