I am currently working in Netherlands and have a residence permit of Netherlands. Am I allowed to travel to Portugal with my residence permit ??
I, Navneet Sharma going to marriage registration with my partner in amesterdam. So Netherland government need international divorce certificate. Is I get this certificate here(Netherland). Please guide me. Thanks
My friend married a Portuguese man and he worked and died suddenly in Holland. He was only a young man. She doesn't qualify for a Dutch survivor pension as she is under 47 and her 2 kids had not moved to Holland by then. You have to be one or both to qualify for a Dutch survivor pension. She is now in financial difficulties as all her plans well build on two incomes coming in. She is not Portuguese and comes from outside the Euro zone.
Could she qualify for a Portuguese survivor pension even living outside the state.?Her man had made the necessary contributions before he left to live in Holland full time. The Dutch authorise said they look into it but she heard nothing after 9 months....Can anyone help the poor girl with even a Yes or No answer....Thanks

I am Brian Ven Climaco Bag-ao, an Erasmus Mundus Scholar taking up Master in Social Work at ISCTE-IUL. I just would like to ask from your service oriented consular affairs if my Portuguese Temporary Permit Card which valid until March 2015 can give me the privilege to spend my Christmas vacation for 2-3 weeks in Netherlands.
Attached is my temporary residence card in Portugal.
Thank you.
Respectfully,
