I hope you will be fine and enjoying good health. I am syed Aftab Ahmad living in Portugal. I need an appointment for the visa of my wife and children regarding REGRUPAMENTO FAMILIAR. They have been given permission by SEF. Date of SEF letter is 19.08.11 and it is valid up to 90 days which will expire on 15.11.2011. Please give me an appointment for their visa.

1. What documents Embassy need for the issuance of visa in my family case?
2. Is it sufficient that I come myself with their passports as I am going to visit them or they have to appear before Embassy. Some time it becomes difficult for us to get visa of Iran.

This letter is to inquire about a possible appointment for a tourist visa. My name is Susan Taghipour and my husband, Hamid Reza Taghipour, has an appointment regarding a tourist visa, scheduled on September, 6, 2011 in the Portuguese embassy in Tehran. My husband will be travelling to Lisbon on September, 29, 2001 to attend the EACT conference (European Association of Cardiac Thoracic Surgery Conference) as a member of this conference. I would like to join him on this trip as a translator and co-traveler and would like to know if it is possible to schedule my appointment on the same day and time as my husband’s appointment at the aforementioned date. Considering that we will be travelling together, scheduling our appointments on the same date would be convenient and highly appreciated.
Therefore, I kindly request that the embassy schedule an appointment for me on the 6th of September, 2011 adjacent to my husband’s interview on the same date. If this request is possible I would like to know what documentation is and preparations are required that I bring for the interview.

Surprisingly, the president of the conference contacted with Mr Pedro and he said they have not recieved no request.
