Treaty Rights In Portugal
Dear Sirs

I would like find out that how a British national is considered to be exercising treaty rights under directive 2004 38EC in p
Portugal as a EU national in EU member states.

Likewise in UK an EU national is deemed to be exercising his treaty rights if he is involved in one of following activities:

1: Employed
2: Self-Employed
3: Student
4: Job Seeker
5 Self Sufficient.

Does the same criteria apply to EU national in Portugal or not? if yes please let me know how non-Eu family member of EU national who is in Portuga land excersiing treaty rights in one of the above mention categories in portugal can invite to join his or her EU partner from a visa national country like Pakistan.

Please provide me above requested information along with list of documents required to apply visa for Non-Eu family memeber.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards
Hassan Ullah Khan
