How to Submit Documentation for a Shengen Visa
I am Agim Xhuraj, a citizen of Kosovo and I need your country to check my visa in Portugal. As far as I know, Portugal's consulate for the citizens of Kosovo is in Sofia-Bulgaria, I have completed all the necessary documentation, but I do not know how to convey the documentation to you because I do not have visas for Bulgaria, is it possible for me to quickly send all the documents attached to the Passport and the money for payment.
My visit to Portugal is official, I have a training organized by EURAMET training on calibration of volume equipment in IPQ Caprica on 20-23 February 2018, and TC-Flow (TC-F) meeting is held on 14-16 May 2018 ), Annual Meeting, in Funchal, Madeira.
My job position is the Lecture and Leading Volume Leader at Kosovo Metrology Agency, such trainings and meetings are very valuable to my profession.
Entry to Portugal should be on 19 February 2018.
So please send me the exact address, the visa fee and the return of the passport, and how can the company send these documents, can I send the money for these expenses also with this

In this ling you have all information for this training
