I am an Indian from Goa currently residing in UAE. My father was born in Goa in 1935. Long time ago he had Portuguese passport, but now it is lost. The only evidence he has now is his birth certificate that proves his birth was during the portuguese rule. How can I his son get a portugal passport (nationality) for myself, my wife and child.
