I am a Portuguese national and have my Bilhette. My children were born in Dubai and I want to register their birth in Lisboa. For this purpose I need to attest their Birth certificates issued in Dubai. They are already attested by Foreign Affairs, U.A.E. and Saudi Embassy in U.A.E.
Can you please advise what I should do next?
Eagerly awaiting your reply
Kind regards,
Joaquim

Dear sir,
I am originally from Goa but am presently residing in Saudi Arabia.I want to apply for a Portuguese Passport.I was born in Kenya.I am told to get a latest copy of my birth certificate from Kenya duly attested by the Kenyan Embassy in (Nairobi) Kenya and than translated and attested by the Portuguese Embassy in Kenya.I have presently got my birth certificate attested by the Kenyan Embassy in Riyadh and they told me there was no need to get one from Kenya. Now please tell me whether I can get this certificate translated and attested by your Embassy here in Riyadh or do I still have to send it to your Embassy in (Nairobi) Kenya for translation and attestation. Please inform me as soon as possible.
Yours Sincerely; Edmond.
