my visa expired because i have health blood pressure problems and went to hospital they said i must rest for 3 or 4 days and don't fly long flights.

I`m returning back home from business trip flying from Natal (Brasil) to Moscow via Lisbon on 27th of October 2013. Connecting time in Lisbon more then 12 hours and I want to stay in the hotel but my Chengen expired few weeks ago. Could I obtain one-day visa in the airport to stay in the hotel

I'm working in moscow now and i would like to renew my passport asap so how and where i can renew my passport. How long does it take? The main problem is i can't speak either russian and portugese. Anyone can help?
