Emergency
How can we contact the embassy after hours or over weekends when we have an emergency. Especially when you get to to the airport and discover there is a mistake on the visa

Portuguese Passport
Hello. I was born in Lisbon and moved here at age 4. I am 53 and would like to obtain a portuguese passport (dual citizenship). I also wish to know if there are any programs in place to encourage the purchase of property in Portugal by Portuguese living elsewhere.

Thank you!

I need to ask for a Schengen visa, and my entry country is Portugal, I will like to know which documents do I need? And which is the procedure to ask the visa, do I need an appointment?

Very bad service at Montreal Portuguese Consult.
Is there a place where we can report on these people who work there. Very rude, don't listen, never returns call or email for appointment. Went in person to be treated like garbage. Shame on you portuguese consulate in Montreal you are likely to have a job. You should get fired or get a course on how to be professional in dealing with clients. God helps us. If we can all get a petition going on and get some real people with respect to give us service. Where can we get this complaint sent who is responsible??? There must be a higher manager to report these people.

WAY TO GO!
Way to go :(
Sad website. Contains little or no helpful information about services for Portuguese citizens.
Offered to all interested in 5 languages ... but Portuguese is NOT one of them. Go figure!
Very similar to the to the wonderful service we receive in person at the useless consulate. Unfriendly, not knowledgeable, callous .. just a few words to describe the staff in the Montreal office. Time to get some intelligent, professional, caring people to represent Portugal.

Phone calls
Hello,
Your phone message says "leave a message w/phone number & we will call you back" I am waiting for days and nobody has called me back yet. This is not nice - not at all.
